Nick Allen
Nick is the Supply Chain Security Program Manager. He will be posting regularly on issues related to the US Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) and general supply chain security.

Lara Blecher
Lara is a Senior Associate with our Research and Development department. She is currently attending law school at King’s College London, studying international labor and human rights law. She also holds degrees in Regional Planning from Cornell University, and Sociology and Comparative Literature from the University of Michigan. Lara wrote her master’s thesis on corporate adherence to the Sullivan Principles. During her time at CSCC, Lara has focused on developments surrounding codes of conduct and living wages. She will be posting periodically on issues related to the legal aspects of responsible sourcing.

Rachelle Jackson
Rachelle is the Director of Research and Development. She will be posting regularly on general issues of interest within responsible sourcing.

Sol_1Soledad Mills
Soledad is a Special Programs Manager at CSCC, where she is responsible for developing tools and training materials for CSR reporting, business ethics, and stakeholder engagement. Before working at CSCC she interned at the Interfaith Center for Corporate Responsibility (ICCR), and spent a summer working with NGOs in the Niger Delta to mitigate human rights and environmental issues related to oil pollution.   She holds a Bachelors degree in Asia-Pacific Business Studies from the University of Hertfordshire (UK), and a Masters from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs (New York City, US).  She will be posting regularly on general issues of interest within responsible sourcing.

Catherine Pazderka
Catherine Pazderka is the Manager for the Food and Agriculture Program at CSCC, where she assists clients in developing continuous monitoring programs for agricultural suppliers, leads training sessions about social compliance in agriculture, and consults in the development of comprehensive programs to ensure commitment to fair labor conditions throughout the food supply chain. Prior to joining CSCC, Catherine worked at the United Nation's Food and Agriculture Organization, where she was involved in a variety of projects on socially and environmentally responsible agricultural production and voluntary standards in certification. Catherine has a Bachelor of Science from McGill University (Montreal, Canada) and a Masters in Environmental Studies from York University (Toronto, Canada), with particular emphasis on the conservation of biodiversity and food security of developing nations. Catherine will be a regular contributor to the blog.

Michaela Reisinger
Michaela is the Client Service Regional Manager for Europe. She will be posting occasionally with her unique European perspective on responsible sourcing.

Fredrick Waelter
Fredrick is the Client Development Regional Manager for Asia. He will be posting occasionally with his unique Asian perspective on responsible sourcing.
